Once we have talked about your project and defined together how the creation will be, I will tell you which keepsakes can be incorporated according to the chosen format and available space.

Every creation is unique, so before any shipping takes place we will review all the details of your project together.
Once the order is confirmed and your creation is defined, you will receive all the necessary instructions by email to prepare your keepsakes correctly.
At that time you will also receive the shipping address and recommendations so that every item arrives safely.
My goal is for the whole process to be simple, personal and for your keepsakes to be protected at all times.
